Elyon Grand Reserve 2013
A tour de force. Rich, complex with deep fruit aromas, complex flavor and well integrated oak. It has a long lingering finish. The wine was aged for 36 months in small French oak barrels.
Un vrai tour de force, Grand vin, riche, aux arômes intenses de fruits, aux saveurs complexes. Possède un long final en bouche. Ce grand vin est âgé en petits fûts de chêne français pendant 36 mois.
Elyon Reserve (Merlot/2014 - Cabernet Sauvignon/2016)
Harvested at perfect ripeness, matured in the finest French oak barrels for 24 and 15 months. Has aromas of cassis and red cherries, with a rich flavorful taste on the palate and a long complex finish.

A blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Merlot. The wine is elegant, complex and fruity. Matured 3 months with wood chips.

A great white dry wine made from Chardonnay grapes. The wine is matured in the finest French oak barrels for 6 months.

Elyon Rosé
A beautifully colored pale pink rosé made in the French style with French expertise from mainly Merlot and a little Pinot Noir. It has delicate fruit and a refreshing acidity.
Un rosé, rose pâle magnifiquement coloré fabriqué à la française avec un savoir-faire français. Le vin est composé principalement de Merlot et d'un peu de Pinot Noir. Il a des fruits délicats et une acidité rafraîchissante.
